of Local Ceremonies (1997)
On May 22, 1997, at the
time of the Full Moon, people worldwide are invited to link their
hearts and minds together in a united telepathic act of gratitude
and honor for Planet Earth. Through Prayer, Ceremony, and the
Heart, we will act as One in a powerful moment of global union
with each other and with the planet as a whole.
Many people
are choosing to participate in this ceremony from their own homes,
in private. Many others will be gathering with family and friends,
at some spot sacred to them. Some people are initiating public
ceremonies. The following list is being updated daily, as we
find out where these public ceremonies are.

Healing Council. As co-ordinator of the Healing Ceremony for
Planet Earth, I will be gathering at our home, with family, friends,
and people locally who have contacted me. Depending on the weather,
we will be either outside , in the back yard, at a candle-lit
medicine wheel we established during last year's ceremony, or
inside, gathered around a seed mandala formed in the shape of
the Hopi shield shown above. A large ceremonial staff will be
passed during the ceremony, giving each participant an opportunity
to share from the heart, what Earth Healing means to them. We
will begin tonight, May 21 at 9PM, and continue the ceremony
until just past the exact time of the Full Moon, 2:13 AM, tomorrow,
