NOTES & MISC.

1) Memberships:

All participants in the show must be paid up members of the Old Schoolhouse Gallery. The fee is $10 for the year. See Norberto or Kathleen about this.

2) Items for sale:

-we will be putting together a catalog of those submissions that are for sale. Please supply a list of titles and prices to Dwayne or Norberto. A $2 hanging fee, per saleable item, is being asked and a variable percentage of the sale price will go to the Schoolhouse, when sold. This percentage depends on how many hours of gallery custodianship you put in). See Norberto for details.

3) Gallery Custodianship:

Volunteers are needed to act as custodians (hosts) over the two weeks of the show. Vacancies are indicated on the gallery schedule. Please contact Dwayne for sign-up. All hosts will need to be able to handle sales of artwork. See Norberto if you need this brief training.

4) Installations:

If you are to be involved in installing your own artwork (now, or in the future) Norberto asks that you do not use any kind of tape to do so. Pins, small nails, tacks etc. are OK.

5) Name tags:

It has been suggested that we all have name tags w/Temple-of-birth indicated, for the opening and when we are hosting at the gallery. We need a volunteer to look after this. Please let Dwayne or Norberto know if you are willing.
